Update

The following information is published in compliance with paragraph 2, numeral 1, Article 1.2.1.5.1.5 of Decree 2150 of December 20, 2017, regarding the entities required under Article 364-5 of the Colombian Tax Statute. These entities must publish on their website, for a period of ten (10) calendar days from the submission of Form 5245 to the Colombian Tax and Customs Authority (DIAN), the information and supporting documents established in paragraphs 2 and 4 of Article 364-5 of the Tax Statute and Articles 1.2.1.5.1.3 and 1.2.1.5.1.4 of Decree 2150 of December 20, 2017.
